Jim Cramer Recommends Buying This Communication Services Stock, Calling It ‘Amazing’

On CNBC’s “Mad Money Lightning Round,” Jim Cramer recommended buying Sphere Entertainment Co. (NYSE:SPHR), calling it “amazing.”

Lending support to his choice, Guggenheim analyst Curry Baker, on Sept. 2, maintained Sphere Entertainment with a Buy and raised the price target from $193 to $208.

Cramer said he has nothing good to say about Honeywell Aerospace Inc. (NASDAQ:HONA) and can’t counsel owning it. He added, “The CEO told [CNBC reporter] Phil LeBeau three times that things were going quite well and they weren’t. I heard they were going quite well and they weren’t.”

Morgan Stanley analyst Kristine Liwag, on Aug. 19, upgraded Honeywell Aerospace from Equal-Weight to Overweight and maintained the $205 price target.

“Big guys have come into that market, and that’s why the stock’s going down,” Cramer said when asked about AppLovin Corporation (NASDAQ:APP). He recommended selling half now and half on a bounce.

BTIG analyst Clark Lampen, on Sept. 8, maintained AppLovin with a Buy and lowered the price target from $408 to $396.

Cramer said Cameco (NYSE:CCJ) is “for real. I really do because I think we are going to embrace nuclear power.” However, he added that it will take three to five years before seeing real growth in the industry.

On Sept. 3, Jefferies analyst Laurence Alexander initiated coverage on Cameco with a Buy rating and announced a price target of $138.

QXO (NYSE:QXO) is a “loser,” Cramer said. “QXO feels very wrong, but it’s Brad Jacobs [CEO of QXO] and I don’t want to bet against him.”

As per recent news, QXO named Ken West president and COO on Aug. 24.

Aflac Incorporated (NYSE:AFL) is “not an expensive stock, and it doesn’t have a killer amount of growth. But I don’t think it has that much risk down here,” Cramer said.

On the earnings front, Aflac posted weaker-than-expected second-quarter results on Aug. 6.
